Preliminary data for the Model 18 Stereo Mixer:
The Plan B Model 18 Stereo mixer is the mothership of the M18 module series. It is fully functional as a stand-alone stereo mixer or can be enhanced with full voltage control capabilities via the M18A VC expander , or even further (with balanced stereo outputs, a bar graph level meter and headphone cue) with the addition of the M18B.
The four main input channels are equipped with attenuation switches so that each may be killed, or set for unity gain (no atten.) or a +6dB signal boost. Two secondary unity gain buss inputs provide direct routing to each the A and B channels for 6 inputs in total. These bus inputs may also be used to link multiple M18s together so that pan settings for each are undisturbed across the stereo field.
Two internal ribbon connectrors allow for interface to the M18A VC Expander or M18B Stereo Output Processor.
The M18 is scheduled for a Spring 2006 release date.
